The holidays are coming, the sky is dark and it’s time to think about eating warm, hearty fare. Look no further than Chuckanut Brewery & Kitchen in the month of November to feed your inner glutton! Every week some kind of new special will be on the menu at the Kitchen that you can pair with amazing award winning beers.The Kitchen will offer different appetizers, sandwiches, salads and entrée specials that are new and exciting, plus some old favorites. Most people will be looking to eat Chuckanut’s Brewmasters Meatloaf! Back by popular demand Chuckanut’s meatloaf will return for the month of November. Deceptively light this Meatloaf is the perfect cold weather treat! Other Feast Specials might include Confit Chicken Wings, rich and deep in flavor this chicken has been cooked overnight for fall apart tenderness. And you’ll really want to try the PSL (Pumpkin Spice Latte) Cheesecake, made in house and sure to satisfy your sweet tooth. Feast month at Chuckanut Brewery & Kitchen is a great time to try new and different items as well as those old favorites that satisfy your inner glutton!


Don't forget to enjoy Feast Month delights with Coffee Dunkel Lager (currently on tap at both locations), Bock (the first of the Big Bier Series of higher ABV, rich, full bodied lagers), Citra Leaf Pilsner (made with the experimental Citra Leaf hop), Chuckanut Stout (dark and roasty), and Helles Lager (the naked beer that goes down easy). Of course, the standard Chuckanut beers will be on tap too including Pilsner, Kolsch and Vienna Lager along with other special beers in the month of November! And check out the cooler for bottles of Chuckanut beer to take home. Currently we have Pilsner, Kolsch, Bock and Vienna Lager plus Dunkel Lager and Baltic Porter will be in bottles later in the month, just in time for Thanksgiving!

It's Feast Month and not only will there be all those specials but our full regular menu is available all month long also. The hearty White Bean Turkey Chili is an update on the standard chili. This one is spiced with a hint of nutmeg! Our seasonal salad features local roasted winter squash with grannysmith apples, dried cranberry, red onion, candied walnuts, sage vinaigrette and arrugula. Don't forget our Bread Pudding for dessert is the perfect winter treat!


November will feature a few fun events and then we'll be honoring Thanksgiving at both Chuckanut locations. Check out the WA State GABF winners at Beer Junction on November 8. We'll be there for our medal winning Fest this year. On the same night we'll be out at Orcas Island with a brewers night at the Barnacle to open up the Beer on the Rock Fest. Once again Chuckanut will be at the Phinney Neighborhood Beer Taste on November 16. And in honor of Thanksgiving our locations both North and South will be closed. Don't forget to stop in the next day, Friday November 29, for the tapping of the Aged Doppelbock at both locations!
