MEXICAN STYLE LAGER AND OTHER NEW BEERS

Cinco de Mayo always makes us think of Mexican Style Lager and we'll be having it on tap once again just in time for the Mexican celebration. Our Mexican Style Lager is light, refreshing and easy to drink. We've got limes too if you want a little bit of fruitiness to your lager. The first batch is out and on tap and by the end of the month we hope to have bottles available to take home. Until the bottles are out get a growler to-go and enjoy this great beer at home. Just close your eyes after you sip and imagine sitting on a beach in Mexico enjoying sun, surf and beer! Coming up in May will be the last of the Big Biers Series, the Maibock. This rich light colored, high alcohol lager won Gold last year at the GABF. Get in to try it and you'll understand why!

CELEBRATE MOTHERS'S DAY AND OTHER HAPPENINGS

Mother's Day is almost here and we hope you'll celebrate at Chuckanut Brewery. Bring mom in for a beer and something to eat, she'll love it! Or if you'd rather treat mom on her own time get her a gift certificate to use at either location. Gift cards are good because she might want a beer, some food or maybe one of our new hoodies. On the First Friday in May we'll be celebrating with $9 liters! Pick any regular beer (does not include the Big Biers) to fill the liter, then sit back and relax! It's a great way to spend a Friday evening. And don't forget we'll be open all Memorial Day Weekend at the end of May at both locations. It's a holiday treat to stop by for a beer and some fun at either of our places!

Did you know that the Kitchen is now turning out a Specials menu? Our latest Specials menu included Salmon roasted on Cedar Plank, our 2 desserts (Apple Turnover with scoop of vanilla ice cream and Cinnaknots made with our dough dusted with cinnamon sugar and drenched in frosting) plus one or two special vegetable appetizers! Ask our servers to see the menu and find something new to try!

Even though summer is just around the corner we know there are still chilly mornings and evenings when a it's great to have a hoodie we can throw on to get cozy.
