CHUCKANUT OPENS P. NUT BEER HALL IN PORTLAND

It's OPEN, yes the long awaited Chuckanut Beer Hall affectionately known as P. Nut has opened at 920 SE Caruthers St in Portland. Located in the beer-centric SE Division neighborhood P. Nut is just around the corner from Beer Mongers, Apex and Baerlic Brewing and next door to cocktail bar and restaurant Palomar. Ten beers and a cider on tap as well as beer to go in cans, bottles, kegs and growlers, P. Nut is open Sunday-Thursday 12-9 pm and Friday-Saturday 12-10 pm. With lots of space inside and outside, stop in if you are in Portland and tell all your Oregon friends to visit too! |
With the holidays around the corner we are trying to stay stocked up with cans and bottles for your parties. Plus we do offer kegs for bigger events (write us at [email protected] to find out what's available). Currently both P. Nut and South Nut have coolers stocked with cans of Pilsner, Kolsch, Schwarz and bottles of Vienna Lager. Our distributors have been receiving orders of bottled Vienna and Pilsner as well as other packaged beers to place in bottleshops and stores where you shop. Keep your eyes out for them! If you don't see them, visit South Nut and P. Nut to get beers not only your gatherings but as holiday gifts too. BEERS IN PROCESSOur brewers are working hard to fill all the tanks at South Nut now that North Nut has been closed down and the small batch brewhouse and fermentation tanks have been moved to storage. We'll move them back on-line once our South Nut location construction has been finished. Until then they are brewing away filling the South Nut tanks with Rauch Marzen Lager (the beechwood smoked amber lager), Grodziskie Polish Lager (the lightly oak smoked blonde champagne like beer), Rye Lager and one of our most celebrated lagers Dunkel. Watch for their arrival to our taps cuz you'll want to taste these amazing, unique lagers! |
