NEW BEERS FOR  MAY

Maibock (May Bock) is on tap Now! This is an aged Maibock so it's super smooth for it's 7+ ABV. And now that the weather is warming we've got Mexican Style Lager plus Mexican Style Dark Lager on tap and in cans in our locations.  You can find it around WA and OR states just in time for Cinco de Mayo. We sent it east of the mountains too, if you are in Spokane ask for it! If you didn't get to try the Golden Otter you can it at your favorite Chuckanut watering holes. It's like a Best Bitter English style Ale, mild and light with a crisp finish. Scarlet Ale continues to quench the thirst of ale drinkers and the Bavarian IPA has been a huge hit with IPA fans. Make sure to get some as we are on our last kegs!

NEWS FROM P. NUT BEER HALL

Did you make it to any of the tappings of our Gravity Keller Keg Night? The last Friday of every month we'll be tapping a gravity keg filled with a keller beer (that's beer directly from the fermentation tanks without going through a filter) at P. Nut starting at 5 pm. You never know which beer we'll be taking out of the tanks until we do it so it's always a surprise. Food vendors are happy to get you something to eat if you're hungry that way you can settle into the Nut for the evening and play some table games, darts, fooseball or catch up with something on the big screen TV!

There's lots of extra Chuckanut activities this May. If you're a fan of piroshkies make sure to get your order into Piroshky Piroshky and pick up the goods at South Nut on May 19. By the way May 19-26 is Seattle Beer Week, watch for Chuckanut at some of the events including Women in Beer on May 22 at Pike Brewing (Pike Place Market). Mari and Will are part of the Skagit Landing Restaurant's Chuckanut Beer Dinner. They will pair 5 Chuckanut beers with 4 incredible courses. It's been a minute since the last beer dinner and this one should be excellent as chef Josie comes with lots of farm to table credentials. The Landing is across from Chuckanut Brewery at the Port of Skagit Airport, get reservations in advance. Keller Night returns to P. Nut May 26 with food vendors and gravity kegs. Starts at 5 pm so get there early, the kegs are small! And May 28 Sea2Ski Race and Fairhaven Festival will be serving Chuckanut at the Beer Garden.
