NEW BEERS FOR  AUGUST

We've got all the old Chuckanut standards on tap right now as well as some guest taps stop by for some great liquid refreshment. The big thing we are all waiting for is the 2023 Fest Bier. We can't wait! Oktoberfest happens at both locations on September 9 and there's a good chance we'll be tapping some Keller Fest before that. But watch our Social Media and website for when this will happen in September. Meanwhile enjoy the current tap list and get as much of the Summer Pale Ale you can, it won't last much longer.

NEWS FROM P. NUT BEER HALL

We've got a guest tap from our friends at Great Notion at P. Nut right now. Those of you who are die hard IPA lovers will be happy to see their West Coast Ripe IPA on tap while we wait for some more Chuckanut styles to fill the spot. Of course all the other taps are filled with Chuckanut including our Barrel Aged Barleywine. We also have a good stock of cans for you to pick up for your next hike or picnic or day on the river. And once again we'll have Keller Night where we fill our gravity keg with this month Fest Bier straight from the fermentation tanks. Get there at 5 pm if you want to get any. It's a special event that happens the last Friday of every month.

AUGUST EVENTS ON SITE AND AROUND THE AREA

The month of August has some of our favorite events! Starting with August 12 is Brewfest on the Skagit at Edgewater Park in Mt Vernon along the Skagit River. We'll be there with a couple of gravity kegs to tap in support of the historic Lincoln Theater in Mt Vernon. Then we have a fundraiser for WA Wild at Ponderosa Beer and Books pub in Bellingham. We'll be donating $1 per Chuckanut pint sold to WA Wild. As part of the Brewshed, Chuckanut supports our environment, especially clean water! Another fundraiser takes place in Portland that we take part in every year, Brews for New Avenues on August 19. Then don't forget our P. Nut Keller Night the last Friday in August (the 25th). We'll be tapping our little gravity keg of Fest Bier at 5 pm in Portland but up at South Nut we're collaborating with King Arthur Flour Baking School for their Community Pizza Night. The event involves making a pizza in support of Nooksack Salmon Enhancement. Bring your pizza to South Nut to eat and get a $1 off your beer! 

NEW TIN TACKERS ARE IN!

We have new tin tackers in stock after selling out two different times. We've had the yellow with red and light blue with dark blue but now we have a dark blue with light blue (a reverse of the last style). These are great for any man or lady cave, your home brewing spot or wherever you want some Chuckanut decorations. Available at our online store or in our locations, pick one up the next time you visit. These are a super hot item and don't last long!
