WHAT'S BREWING IN MARCH

In like a lion and out like a lamb is the March saying and so far that's what has happened not only weatherwise but beerwise too. We've got Dunkel Lager, Helles Lager, Vienna Lager that all got tapped at the very end of February-start of March. But as we move deeper into March we won't have many more new options except at P. Nut where the March Helles Madness event March 15 with 4 other Helles Lagers and our Women in Beer brews from Stone's Throw and Holy Mountain that Cathi and Mari helped brew. And at both locations on March 17, St Patty's Day, we'll be tapping the last of our amazing Barrel Aged Stout!

NEWS FROM P. NUT BEER HALL

 Exciting news is March Helles Madness a Helles Lager Festival with four other Oregon breweries is happening March 15 at P. Nut. Chuckanut loves Helles and this is an opportunity for fans of the style to taste all the different renditions of this Munich style golden lager. Chuckanut Helles has won 2 Gold GABF Medals, 1 Silver GABF Medal, 1 Bronze World Cup Medal and multiple others from WA Brewers Awards and North American Brewers Awards. Our invitational includes the Young Helles Collab from Breakside and Templin Family Brewing (Utah), Gold Dot Helles Lager, Wayfinder Hell and Pfriem Family Helles Lager. Make sure to get in at 5 when the tapping begins so you are not disappointed as supplies are limited! Pacific Ice Smoke Fish will be on hand with their great local smoked fish options for the hungry.
