South Nut Private Events

Thank you for considering us for your upcoming event! We appreciate your interest in our space.

A full rental of our indoor taproom (capacity 40) and entire outdoor area (capacity 100) with covered seating (capacity 30) is available.

Rental Details:

  • Room Fee: $150, additional $50 fee for every hour past our current posted closing time.
  • Deposit: Credit card information required to hold the date.
  • Bar Minimum: Based on day of the week, time of year, and event size. (in addition to the room fee)
  • Food: We do not have a kitchen on-site, but you are welcome to bring in your own food or hire a caterer or food truck.
  • Decor: Feel free to decorate the space to match your event theme.
  • Non-Alcoholic Options: We offer soft drinks and non-alcoholic beer options.
  • Drink Tickets: We can provide drink tickets for your guests or work with you on a structured drink budget.

*While we prioritize your group during your reservation, we do offer to-go beer sales to the public for added convenience.*

Cancellation Policy: If a cancellation occurs within 30 days of the reserved event date, the full room fee of $150 will be forfeited. Additionally, a 20% charge of the agreed-upon bar minimum will be assessed. Cancellations occuring the day of the event will result in the room fee as well as 100% of the bar minimum being charged. We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and we encourage you to contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or modify your reservation.
